Lead@BU
Lead@BU offers a curated yet flexible learning path designed to encourage, and recognize Baylor leaders who intentionally invest in their leadership growth. The initiative includes three foundational workshops, along with a selection of courses aligned to key leadership themes:
- Develop and Empower People
- Lead with Integrity, Courage, and Accountability
- Drive Results through Strategic Execution and Collaboration
Lead@BU is intentionally flexible. There is no time limit for completion, and courses may be taken in any order. Eligible classes completed after April 1, 2020, including those taken prior to the initiative’s launch, may count toward completion.
Participants track their own progress and notify Baylor’s Learning & Leadership Director once all requirements are met using this Qualtrics form. Upon confirmation, participants receive a formal completion document, public recognition, and a few surprise incentives as a celebration of their commitment to leadership development.
Which Classes Qualify?
