We are excited you have chosen to build your career at Baylor! All new staff hires attend the new hire orientation called Essential BU. This is a critical first step in your success at Baylor. Essential BU is hosted weekly in the beautiful Hurd Welcome Center and covers important topics such as Baylor's history and culture, compliance requirements, and a review of our outstanding benefits package. All local employees must attend in person on their scheduled date. If you are a remote employee and are not scheduled to be in Waco, virtual arrangements will be provided to you.
