Tuition Remission

Full-time faculty or staff can receive a 100 percent tuition remission for a maximum of 2 courses, no more than 8 hours, during any semester. Courses can be applied to an undergraduate or graduate degree, or to employee development. After one year of continuous full-time regular faculty/staff service with Baylor, spouse and/or children are eligible for tuition remission.

Staff Teaching

Baylor will only employ staff members to teach courses when the teaching need cannot be met by hiring a lecturer who is not currently employed at the University.

Staff members may teach no more than one three credit hour course per semester.
