Distinguished Staff Leadership Award
This award recognizes 2 supervisors who contribute to and demonstrate a commitment to the University’s mission by exhibiting strong leadership qualities, encouraging professional development, and creating a culture of excellence on their team.
Employees can nominate their direct supervisor and are also encouraged to nominate other leaders that have made a positive impact on their personal and professional development.

Outstanding Staff Award
This award recognizes 4-7 staff members who accomplish exceptional achievements in their respective job assignment effectively supporting the University’s mission. The staff members go above and beyond expectations in their role and have shown professional dedication to their work or have supported the University’s mission through service contributions to Baylor and the local community.
