BFSA is proud to announce the completion of the second cohort of the AIM (Accelerate, Innovate, Matriculate) Leadership Collective. This program is dedicated to the professional and leadership development of faculty and staff of underrepresented groups at Baylor. For the past 9 months, participants have taken courses on a variety of leadership topics, engaged in conversations with subject matter experts of various fields, and partnered with their matched mentors for discussion, advisement, and fellowship. This year's cohort graduates are :
