Accepting Applications for Baylor’s Leadership Development Coaching Program
How do you get even better as a leader? It’s common for executives and senior level leaders in organizations to have a coach to help them perform at their very best. As Baylor University is continuously looking for new and unique ways to offer professional development opportunities, Baylor has partnered with EZRA to provide confidential coaching through experienced and certified external coaches.
One-on-one coaching is an effective way to accelerate the development of key and upcoming leaders by helping to become even better at leading others, handling change, or successfully launching into new roles or responsibilities.
The Baylor Leadership Development Coaching Program is a six-month, confidential, unlimited, virtual coaching program kicking off in late August. There are a limited number of spots available and those interested must complete and submit an application for consideration.
Individuals benefiting most from this new opportunity are typically:
- High potential leaders;
- recently promoted leaders;
- leaders facing significant challenges now or in the future; or
- leaders who haven’t received professional coaching in the past.
An information session will be held via Teams from 1-2pm on Friday, May 31. Please email Broc Edwards if you would like to attend. Additional information about coaching is also available in this brochure.
