Great Colleges to Work For® Survey: Results Are In

Earlier this year, faculty and staff across our campus were invited to participate in the Great Colleges to Work For survey—a national program that recognizes institutions for their commitment to creating outstanding workplace experiences in higher education. The survey gathers honest feedback from employees about key areas such as leadership, communication, job satisfaction, workplace culture, and professional development.

Your participation in this survey helps us better understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to grow as a university. This information is invaluable for shaping initiatives that strengthen both the employee experience and our collective success as we all work together to fulfill Baylor’s mission to educate men and women for worldwide leadership and service by integrating academic excellence and Christian commitment within a caring community.

Currently, university leadership is reviewing the results and identifying opportunities to build on our strengths and address areas for improvement. Later this month, the survey outcomes will also be shared publicly as part of the national Great Colleges to Work For recognition program. This website will be updated with the results once they are made public.
