Update to Staff Award Submissions

Every year, Baylor honors staff members who accomplish exceptional achievements in their respective job assignments. The way staff award nominations are captured is now updated. Instead of waiting to submit a staff award nomination one time a year, these submissions can now be submitted anytime during the year through BaylorPLUS. The annual submission period for consideration is March 1-February 28.

All eligible staff who receive a nomination through BaylorPLUS will be sent an e-certificate, recognition in BU@Work, and will be considered for an Outstanding Staff Award. Submissions to BaylorPLUS are usually one to two paragraphs in length and focus on a staff member's support in fulfilling Baylor's mission, exemplifying a caring Christian community, and all around impact to the university. 

If you know a staff member that deserves consideration for this year's staff award, use the links below to submit a nomination on or before February 28, 2025. Staff that are chosen for an Outstanding Staff Award will be notified in March via their manager and invited to the Staff Award Ceremony in April.
