Announcing the Onboarding Toolkit for Managers

As a hiring manager, one of the best moments is when you’ve hired a great candidate for a role that you really need, and their start date is only a few weeks away. After the congratulatory phone calls are finished and the email notifications have been completed, you might have a moment to pause and ask yourself, “What do I need to do now? How can I best prepare this individual for success on my team?”

We’ve utilized ideas and strategies from multiple departments to create a structured and anticipatory approach for onboarding your new employees. This toolkit will help you prepare for your new hire’s first day and first 3 weeks, provide templates, and share other tips & strategies to welcome your new hire to Baylor and equip them to be successful in their role!
