Learning from Anywhere

October 7, 2026
“What learning opportunities are available for my remote employees?”

We hear that question often, and the answer may surprise you: quite a lot.

Most of our courses are offered three times each year (fall, spring, and summer) and remote options are built into the schedule. The Leadership Lessons series are almost exclusively offered through Teams, while popular programs such as Crucial Conversations, Getting Things Done, and Project Management typically include a virtual option during at least one of their annual offerings.

In fact, employees can complete the entire Grow@BU professional development initiative remotely. Lead@BU isn’t fully remote yet, but we’re getting closer.

Finding virtual opportunities just got easier

We’ve created a new way to quickly spot remote learning opportunities. On our chronological course listings, virtual classes are bolded and the location is clearly marked as Virtual.

There are more options than most people realize. This month alone, more than half of our classes can be attended through Teams or Zoom.

So, whether your employees work across campus or across the country, there are plenty of opportunities to keep learning, growing, and developing at Baylor.

Take a look at what’s coming up—and encourage your team to find something that fits their development goals.
