Summer Mask Guidance Info

In line with new CDC mask guidance – which allows more freedom while encouraging vaccination against COVID-19 – our Health Management Team recently updated our summer mask guidance. Face coverings are optional outdoors for all individuals, regardless of vaccination status. For fully vaccinated individuals, face coverings are optional indoors, but we ask that those who have not been vaccinated to wear a face covering indoors at this time. This is critical especially in large indoor gatherings such as Orientation, given our current campus vaccine adoption rate of 34%.

COVID vaccines are available from the Baylor Health Center for students and employees now and throughout the summer. Make an appointment here or call 254-710-1010.

If you are a fully vaccinated student, faculty and staff member, please fill out the brief Confidential Employee Medical Record Form and upload a photo of your completed vaccination card. This Confidential Employee Medical Record Form information will be submitted to Health Services for exemption from weekly testing and quarantine and helps us know how well protected Baylor is as a community while we continue planning for a normal fall.
