Staff Merit Effective 8/1
Staff can now view and download their compensation change statement within Ignite.
Merit is effective August 1 for bi-weekly and monthly employees. If you have questions about your merit outcome, please reach out to your line manager.
Navigate to Your Compensation Change Statement:
Log into Ignite --> Me --> My Compensation --> Compensation Change Statement
Please Note: If you transferred to a new position at Baylor between May 1 – August 1, the Compensation Change Statement will not represent your new position or salary. Any merit amount will be applied effective August 1.
