Staff Self-Evaluation Due March 19

The 2021 Staff Performance Review Process is now open in Ignite and staff can now complete their self-evaluation. This is an important opportunity for staff to reflect on and discuss their job, performance, and development.

For Staff

All full-time and part-time staff hired before November 1, 2020 and full-time temporary staff hired before March 1, 2019 are automatically enrolled in the process. Staff hired after these dates can opt-in to the process on request.

As a reminder, your self-assessment is due on or before March 19, so block time now to complete this task. After March 19, you will miss the opportunity to formally share your own feedback about your performance with your manager before he/she begins your review. The sooner you complete your self-assessment, the sooner your manager can start the next stage in the process.

For Those Who Manage Staff

Managers can begin their portion as soon as staff complete their self-evaluation. The manager review is due on or before April 9.
