Upcoming Staff Performance Deadline

As a reminder, managers must complete their evaluations of their direct reports by April 9 in Ignite for the 2021 Staff Performance Review Process.

The manager evaluation is a critical step in this process as it allows managers to provide important feedback to their direct report(s). Managers can access Performance Review Process manager information, video and pdf guides, and other resources at www.baylor.edu/hr/ReviewGuide.

Pro-tip: Schedule your Staff Performance Review discussions with your direct report(s) now so they will be on the calendar. The discussions and sign offs are all due April 30.
