Contemplative Prayer Group

Beginning Jan. 20, Dr. Jon Singletary will be hosting a weekly contemplative prayer group on Thursdays at 5pm in Room 321 at the downtown location of the Garland School of Social Work (811 Washington).

The group will use the Prayer of Examen as their guide. This prayer invites us to reflect on our week and to be mindful of the ways we have seen God at work as we make our way through the week.

Several staff and faculty have participated with Dr. Singletary in a Prayer of Examen group over the past 2 years. He has led this group or similar reflective prayers weekly over 5 years. All are invited to attend. Email Jon_Singletary@baylor.edu with any questions.
