What to Know about Staff Performance Reviews

Staff performance reviews launched on Wednesday, March 1. While the process is very similar to last year's, there have been a few changes.
All full-time and part-time staff hired before December 1, 2022 are automatically included in the process. This now includes staff in grant-funded and post-doc positions. Employees hired after December 1 may be included upon request to HR.
All staff should have completed their self-evaluations by Monday, March 20. Managers have until Friday, April 14 to write their employee reviews, and all discussions and manager and employee sign-offs must happen in Ignite no later than Friday, April 28.
