The Black Faculty and Staff Association is currently accepting applications for its fourth cohort of the AIM Leadership Collective! AIM (which stands for Accelerate, Innovate, and Matriculate) is a program developed by BFSA, in partnership with Human Resources, to provide professional development and leadership strengthening for staff and faculty in underrepresented groups here at Baylor University.
