FMLA/ADA Training Initiative

In an effort to help ensure all Baylor faculty and staff understand their rights and responsibilities outlined by the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we are launching a new training course in Ignite.

 
The training will provide general education about the support provided to employees through FMLA and ADA, as well as cover the importance of following FMLA and ADA guidelines. The training will also provide guidance on action steps for employees experiencing the need for FMLA or ADA support, as well as for managers who have employees utilizing FMLA or ADA.

This training initiative is a high priority for Baylor leadership, so all faculty and staff are encouraged to complete the training once it becomes available.
