Applying for the 2025-2026 Baylor Leadership Development Coaching Program

One-on-one coaching is an effective way to accelerate the development of key and upcoming leaders by helping become even better at leading others, handling change, or successfully launching into new roles or responsibilities. In the past, coaching was often only available to executive and senior level leaders. However, Baylor has partnered with EZRA (a subsidiary of LHH) to provide confidential coaching to all levels of leaders through experienced and certified external coaches.

Now in its fifth year, the Baylor Leadership Development Coaching Program is a six-month, confidential, virtual coaching program kicking off in early September. There are a limited number of spots available and those interested must complete and submit an application for consideration. 

Individuals benefiting most from this new opportunity are typically:

• High potential leaders;
• recently promoted leaders;
• leaders facing significant challenges now or in the future; or
• leaders who haven’t received professional coaching in the past.

Applications open on May 21 and must be submitted by June 20 for consideration. All applicants will be notified of participation decisions no later than July 31 and the program will kick off in early September.
