"When the Mission Waco toy store was in desperate need of volunteers to process hundreds of donated toys for sale to families experiencing homelessness, financial instability, or long-term health struggles, the Libraries' Marketing & Communications team answered the call. Carl, Isabel and Eric headed to Central Presbyterian Church, where they spent their time pricing, staging, assembling, and prepping toys for three days worth of excited shoppers. Their assistance meant hundreds of toys were processed in time to meet the needs of some of Waco's most deserving families."

"I was tasked with rewriting an old Baylor web form in a style I was unsure of how to use and had quick timeline for completion. Unsure of where to begin, this was a large, unexpected delay that I needed to resolve as quickly as possible. Knowing Lance to be a knowledgeable and generous fellow, I reached out to him to ask if he could point me towards an example form. Not only did he immediately hop on a video call for me, he proceeded to outline every unique type of web form currently used in our sites, and then graciously and VERY patiently answered all of the questions I had about it all."

As expected, Randy responded right away with a generous offer to assist, providing the perfect solution and even arranging for delivery at a time that was most convenient for the sponsoring organization. This was a wonderful demonstration to our students of the unwavering support we receive from Main Campus!"

"Nicci has gone above and beyond to help get the CS Grad cubicles moved from the 4th floor of Cashion down to the second floor of Hankamer in a short period of time. Her work to maximize the space and pull together the right people to make the necessary changes to the space helped to save hours of work that would be required to get a temporary solution in place and then pull it out when the infrastructure changes were completed. Thanks a million!!!"

Helping to coordinate both network and power installs in a short timeframe has saved me hours of work that would have been required to setup and then tear down a temporary solution to get the lab operational.
