Accepting Applications for Baylor’s Leadership Development Coaching Program

One-on-one coaching is one of the most effective ways to accelerate leadership growth. It helps leaders strengthen their ability to lead others, navigate change, and confidently step into new roles and responsibilities.

While coaching was once reserved primarily for senior executives, Baylor is committed to making this powerful development opportunity more accessible. Through our partnership with the global coaching company EZRA (a subsidiary of LHH), we now offer confidential, one-on-one coaching to leaders at all levels. All coaching is provided by experienced, certified external coaches.

Now in its sixth year, the Baylor Leadership Development Coaching Program provides six months of confidential and unlimited coaching, starting in early September. Participants receive personalized support tailored to their individual goals, challenges, and leadership journey.

Spots are limited and those interested must complete and submit an application to be considered.

Individuals benefiting most from this coaching opportunity are typically:

• Newly promoted leaders
• Leaders navigating change or significant challenges
• Self-motivated individuals seeking additional development opportunities

How to Apply

Applications open on May 12 and must be submitted by June 12 for consideration. All applicants will be notified of participation decisions no later than July 31 and the program will kick off in early September.
