Baylor Corporate Cup 2026

Did you know that Baylor is the largest employer in McLennan County with 3,500 faculty and staff? Well, we are, and this summer we have a chance to show our fellow businesses what we are made of during the 2026 Waco Sports Corporate Cup Presented by Ascension Providence.

Last year Baylor secured third place overall in the inaugural competition – against Division 1 teams like SpaceX and TSTC – and this year we want to bring home the gold! But we can’t do it without you. On Saturday, June 6 at the MCC baseball and softball fields, teams from businesses across the city will compete in a one-of-a-kind adult field day.

We need 50-60 Baylor faculty and staff to complete our team. If you are interested in representing Baylor in one (or more) of the field day activities like golf chipping, cornhole, tug-o-war, dodgeball, sack races, and more, please complete the interest form no later than Friday, March 27.

As a Founding Sponsor of the Corporate Cup, Baylor will have a large tailgate area with light refreshments and lounging space for competitors and their families before and after each event. Team members will also receive a t-shirt designed by Baylor pros that will be entered into the design competition.

We hope you will consider joining in to support Baylor University and the Waco community on June 6. Proceeds from Corporate Cup help with youth programming and local events across the city.
