Baylor has taken a proactive approach in dealing with the COVID-19 virus for the health and safety of our entire campus community. This approach aligns with the Swiss Cheese model of preventive measures and includes mask wearing, physical distancing, and hand washing/sanitizing. The diligent adherence to our health and safety policies, preventive measures, and testing participation by Baylor faculty and staff directly impact our ability to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the Baylor community. We ask that you please review the following:

  • Campus Safety Measures – learn more about monitoring symptoms, required face coverings, social distancing, hand washing/sanitizing, and the Baylor Health & Safety Guide. As a reminder, please DO NOT come to work if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Weekly COVID Testing – learn more about required participation in weekly COVID testing such as testing locations, setting your weekly testing appointment, 90 day testing exemption for those with a COVID positive test, and common FAQs. As a reminder, please DO NOT retest within 90 days of a positive COVID-19 test.
  • Academic Event Proposal Process for Spring 2021 - learn more about the policies and procedures for events, meetings, gatherings, group research, guest lectures, and academic field trips.
  • Employee Resources – learn more about telemedicine appointments through MDLive, Baylor’s Employee Assistance Program, checklists, Coronavirus FAQs, and more.

At Baylor, we put our Family First, and we ask that you join us in our ongoing efforts to #SicCOVID!
