Deadline: Sign off on your performance reviews in Ignite by April 30
The final step in the staff performance appraisal process is due April 30.
Now that self-evaluations and manager assessments are complete in the system, the final step is to meet to discuss the review and then both manager and employee acknowledge and sign off on the review within Ignite. All reviews must be acknowledged no later than April 30 so the merit process can begin.
