Exceptions to Weekly Required COVID-19 Testing

As a reminder, all faculty and staff who are working on campus regularly MUST complete weekly testing. If you feel as though you are exempt from the weekly testing requirement, you must meet one of the exemption criteria listed below and have completed the Exemption Form.

Exemption Criteria:

1. You are working 100% remotely for the Spring 2021 semester.
2. You are working 100% remotely currently with plans to return to in-person work at some point this semester. Please indicate a projected return date on the Exemption Form and reach out to employeeCOVIDresults@baylor.edu if your return is delayed beyond this date.
3. You received a positive COVID-19 result within the last 90 days.
4. You have another reason you feel you are exempt. These will be reviewed case-by-case and responded to if NOT approved.
