As part of our commitment to you, it is with great excitement that Baylor Human Resources announces the upcoming launch of our new Benefits management system, BenefitfocusTM beginning this 2022 Open Enrollment Period!
As an employee, you can look forward to utilizing BenefitfocusTM as a complete benefits solution. BenefitfocusTM offers the opportunity to unify our various providers through innovative technology solutions that bring efficiency, consumer tools, and on-the-go accessibility.
With the switch from SmartBenTM to BenefitfocusTM, benefit related processes will be streamlined, and day-to-day administrative functions improved. This will enable us to be more effective and efficient with our time and resources, and most importantly, meet your changing needs as vital members of our Baylor community.
Benefits Open Enrollment will take place Tuesday, October 19 through Tuesday, November 2. Keep an eye out in the coming months as Benefits Open Enrollment materials become available on the HR website and mailed to the home of all benefits eligible faculty and staff.
