Awardco for Faculty and Staff Recognition
We are excited to announce that beginning January 1, 2024, Baylor will use the award-winning company Awardco for all faculty and staff service milestone recognition to provide a single, user-friendly platform for an overall better employee experience!
Baylor University has invested in this new platform to better recognize and reward the work faculty and staff do in serving the larger Baylor community. Partnering with Awardco helps Baylor provide a single, user-friendly platform that offers access to the largest reward network ever!
What does this mean for managers?
- Awardco is completely digital! Managers will no longer receive physical packets in the mail to present to your faculty and/or staff. Simply log into Awardco and begin recognizing your team members at your convenience.
- More accurate recognition! Awardco updates more frequently ensuring team members can be timely recognized by the department.
- Recognize both service milestones and birthdays for your team! Managers will receive notifications before their team members’ work anniversaries and birthdays.
