Courageous Conversations Annual Diversity Education
Baylor University made an institutional commitment to require an annual diversity education for all students, faculty, and staff. Baylor faculty and staff were enrolled in “Courageous Conversations: Culture,” the third of a four-part series, offered through the Baylor University Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (Equity Office). Baylor faculty and staff are expected to complete this course by January 19, 2024, and its completion will be considered during the annual performance review process.
