Care.com Premium Membership

A benefit for eligible Baylor faculty and staff which includes unlimited access to the leading network, Care.com, for finding and booking short- and long-term care for children, seniors, pets, home, and more.  Additionally, Care.com offers monthly webinars on various topics from parenting to home safety to financial wellness.  The next one is January 10, 2024 - see details.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free and confidential resources, assessments, counseling, referrals, and more services to Baylor faculty and staff to support their personal and professional life.  Baylor's EAP is supported by Optum Health and offers 24/7 assistance along with up to 5 session with a counselor.

Real Appeal

Real Appeal on Rally Coach is a proven online weight management program.  It's available to you and eligible family members at no additional cost as part of your Baylor health insurance, if enrolled.  Get started now at enroll.realappeal.com.

RightNow Media@Work

RightNow Media is an extensive video library with access on demand from your TV, computer, tablet, or phone. RightNow is faith-based and covers issues from leadership, teams, and dealing with change, to topics such as marriage, parenting, finances, and even recovery.  Baylor provides RightNowMedia@Work at no cost to support and enhance every faculty and staff member’s personal, professional, and spiritual wellbeing and development. Teledoc

Teladoc is a health service that allows Baylor faculty and staff connect to a doctor in minutes by phone or video.  Learn more below.

  • Available to members of the Baylor University Medical Insurance Plan (UMR)
  • PPO members will pay a $30 copayment and plan pays 100% thereafter for Behavioral Health;
  • HDHP members will first meet their deductible, then:
    • Psychiatrist Initial visit - $235.00
    • Psychiatrist ongoing visit - $105.00
    • Non-Psychiatrist visit - $95.00
    • After the deductible is met, the plan will pay at 100%
