With the 2024 new year, Baylor is using the award-winning company Awardco for all faculty and staff service milestone recognition to provide a single, user-friendly platform for an overall better employee experience! Supervisors will receive notification emails when a team member's service anniversary nears. Baylor faculty and staff will receive a congratulatory email and points on their service milestone anniversary that they can use to select a gift from a vast online catalog that includes Amazon and charitable donation options.
